Zusammenfassung:Sino-nasal Tuberculosis constitutes 5-6% of Head & Neck tuberculosis1. We present two cases of sino-nasal tuberculosis in diabetic hosts not only due to the clinical rarity and unusual presentation as in one case which presented with subperiosteal abscess, but also to emphasize on the effective modality of management which constituted transnasal endoscopic clearance supplemented with antitubercular regimen.
