Zusammenfassung:Two cases of spontaneous cessation of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) rhinorrhea following iohexol computerized tomographic (CT) cisternography are presented. This report contradicts the current thinking about conservative treatment in CSF rhinorrhea. We propose that iohexol CT cisternography may have a therapeutic role in the management of spontaneous CSF rhinorrhea.
