Zusammenfassung: | The term breech trial (TBT) has brought about radical changes but it is debatable whether it provides unequivocal evidence regarding the practice of breech deliveries. There is a need to publish the data of a study that was performed before the era of the TBT in a hospital where there was a high rate of breech vaginal delivery. The objectives were to ascertain the incidence, mode of delivery and fetal outcome in singleton breech deliveries.
