Zusammenfassung:	A very simple and rapid method for detection of DNA is described. The assay, called Flow-Through Hapten-DNA Hybridization Assay (FT-HDHA), is based on hybridization of target DNA with digoxigenin-labelled probes on disposable and commercially available absorbent filters, commonly used for microparticle entrapment test systems. This product consists of a cylindrical filter made from gradient porous plastic, housed in a moulded case, permitting capillary absorption of solutions through the surface.
