A PvuII RFLP detected by pOB231 at CDC2 on human chromosome 10

A 2.0 kb cDNA fragment cloned into the Okayama and Berg expression vector, pcD showed a 2 allele co-dominant system identified in PvuII digests. B1 is recognised as a 3.5 kb and B2 as a 4.5 kb band. Two constant bands are 10.0 kb and 5.5 kb.
