A 12 mm Amplatzer ventricular-septal occluder (AGA Medical Corporation, Golden Valley, Mn, USA) was delivered successfully, with short postprocedural hospitalisation and marked improvement in heart failure symptoms ( fig 1 , panels B and D; video 2 ).
