Zusammenfassung:Evidently, none of the other clinical manifestations of ADULT syndrome were apparent in our patient; however, some of them (hypodontia, early loss of permanent teeth, alopecia) could not be determined at that age. Mutations in the TP63 gene lead to a group of disorders characterised by a spectrum of developmental defects. 10 It is likely that in all these syndromes nasolacrimal duct atresia is a common feature.
