Endoscopic evaluation for cytomegalovirus enterocolitis after allogeneic haematopoietic stem cell transplantation

Diagnosis of CMV enterocolitis and management of CMV reactivation have been reported previously. 3 A univariate analysis using Fisher's exact test was performed to compare differences in endoscopic findings between patients with and without CMV enterocolitis.
