Zusammenfassung:This paper reports the results of in-vivo studies on the binding of intravenously injected cationised human IgM rheumatoid factor to glomeruli in mice. Evidence is presented to show that glomerular bound cationised IgM rheumatoid factor can act as an immunoabsorbent binding both endogenous immunoglobulin containing material from the circulation as well as intravenously injected immunoglobulins either in the form of aggregates or immune complexes.
