Zusammenfassung:	Multiple dosing four times daily for 7 days of indoprofen 200 mg, a non‐ steroidal anti‐inflammatory drug with a short half‐life (t1/2), revealed drug accumulation in eight elderly subjects. This indicates a substantially longer t1/2 (11 h) than that reported in young persons (3 h). A reduction in dose compared to younger subjects is recommended in elderly patients with osteoarthritis.
