Zusammenfassung:We sequenced the complete genomes of 16 isolates obtained from patients residing in Nariño, Colombia. These isolates were collected from patients presenting various gastric lesions classified according to the Correa cascade classification. The genomic characterization of these isolates provides valuable insights into the structure, composition, and pathogenicity.
