Zusammenfassung: | Meanwhile, the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Malaria, and Tuberculosis has announced that a grant it has been waiting to give to organisations in South Africa has finally been signed. The stumbling block, although officially attributed to bureaucratic problems, has been that the programme included the use of antiretrovirals.
