The complete genome sequence of Paludicola sp. MB14-C6, isolated from the lake waters of Donghu, Wuhan City, China

Here, we report the complete genome sequence of sp. strain MB14-C6, which was isolated from the lake waters of Donghu, situated at Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China. The genome of strain MB14-C6 was chosen for further species delineation and comparative genomic analysis.
