Zusammenfassung: | Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma
Comprehensive lipoprotein profiling and metabolite analysis reveal significant metabolic reprogramming within nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) patients. Small, dense VLDL‐5 particles and large, buoyant LDL‐1 particles hold promise as novel biomarkers for nasopharyngeal carcinoma. NMR‐based risk score (NRS) is constructed based on signature metabolites, VLDL‐5 and LDL‐1 subfractions, which demonstrates excellent capability of personalized risk prediction, and provides a brand‐new clinical perspective for early screening of NPC.
