Zusammenfassung:Vascular Aging In article number 2307040, Huashan Hong and co‐workers investigate the impact of ANXA1 deficiency in both human subjects and endothelial‐specific ANXA1 knockout mice. There is a negative correlation between ANXA1 levels and vascular aging. Loss of ANXA1 promotes vascular aging by deteriorating vascular structure and function through chronic inflammation, senescence‐associated secretory phenotype, and arrest of endothelial cell cycle. These results provide novel perspective for preventing vascular aging.
