Zusammenfassung:Gastric Cancer Cover story shows the ancient Chinese story “Nezha Conquers the Dragon King”. In article number 2300898, Fengping Li, Gengtai Ye, Guoxin Li, and co‐workers demonstrate that N4‐acetylcytidine (ac4C) promotes glycolysis addiction through a NAT10/SEPT9/HIF‐1α positive feedback loop in gastric cancer cells, leading to anti‐angiogenic therapy resistance. In the cover, the angiogenesis inhibitor Apatinib (Red Armillary Sash) combined with the N acetyltransferase 10 (NAT10, Dragon Tendon) inhibitor Remodelin attenuates the hypoxia tolerance of gastric cancer cells (Dragon) and inhibits tumor progression.
