Posttraumatic carpal instability: A 9-year follow-up of 18 patients

We present a 9 (1-20) year follow-up of 18 cases of carpal instability. Excluding 4 arthrodeses, 12 cases were satisfactory in terms of pain and grip strength in spite of persisting radiographic instability in 9.
