Zusammenfassung:Single-chain polymeric nanoparticles (SCPNs) comprising a solvatochromic pyrazoline adduct show conformational and operational stability in complex media and in cellular compartments; the connectivity of the adduct is crucial in modulating interactions with the surrounding media. Controlling the connectivity of pyrazoline adducts in single-chain polymeric nanoparticles modulates their conformational and operational stability in HeLa cells and aids in the design of stable and traceable SCPNs for bio-orthogonal applications in complex media.
