Zusammenfassung:Horner's syndrome results from a blockage of the sympathetic innervation to the eye at any point along its trajectory. It presents various etiologies, and it is a very unusual form of presentation of pulmonary tuberculosis. We describe the case of a patient with a Horner syndrome secondary to involvement of the pulmonary apex due to tuberculosis.
