Zusammenfassung:Here, we show that semiconductor-based sequencing technology can be used to map mammalian replication domains, chromosomal units with similar DNA replication timing. Replicating DNA purified from mammalian cells was successfully sequenced by the Ion Torrent platform. The resultant replication domain map of mouse embryonic stem cells is comparable to those obtained by the conventional microarray-based method.
