Zusammenfassung:Novel matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP2)-sensitive nanoparticles (NPs) are developed with copolymers of TPGS 3350 -pp-PLGA and TPGS-folate to overcome some drawbacks of traditional anticancer formulations in drug delivery, such as short circulation time in blood, small drug accumulation at the tumor site, low intracellular uptake, etc. MMP2-sensitive nanoparticles are developed with copolymers of TPGS 3350 -pp-PLGA and TPGS-folate in order to enhance the therapeutic efficiency of cancer.
