Zusammenfassung:	The article presents a case report of metastatic heart damage which developed in association with urothelial bladder carcinoma in a 79-year old female patient. Various masses may be found in the heart. In tumors, a secondary damage to the heart is observed much more frequently than a primary damage; however, metastasis of bladder carcinoma to the heart is extremely rare. Of interest is the fact of metastatic damage to all layers of the heart, including the endocardium, pericardium, and myocardium.
