Zusammenfassung:Diffuse abnormal uptake of 201Tl-chloride in the bone marrow is described in an AIDS patient with Kaposi's sarcoma who received chemotherapy. The patient developed severe leukopenia that was treated by granulocyte stimulating factor (GCSF). The white blood cells increased from 1500 to 6200 over a period of 4 days. After chemotherapy, the tumor was negative for thallium uptake.
