Of course, [Melissa Parker]'s main job is actually to make sure Kuoni's "specialists" - Kirker, carrier, CV Travel and Voyages Jules Verne - get the exposure and promotion they need instore, and that all the staff are trained on the various product offerings. Melissa talks me through the offers Kuoni does do in its windows - stylish colour cards which get changed once a week - but of course, she likes to make sure the ones from the specialist businesses get prime position.
