For many years, this publication has provided some of the best scholarly work on the substance of the housing industry. And, in recent years, it produced two leading texts, as well: A Legal Guide to Affordable Housing Development, edited by Rochelle Lento and Tim Iglesias; and Building Healthy Communities: A Guide to Community Economic Development for Advocates, Lawyers, and Policymakers, by Roger Clay and Susan Jones. These books have been top sellers at the ABA Web Store. It also got the Listserv and a slew of new committees all ready to provide amazing amounts of substantive content. The first chair of this new committee is the well known and highly accomplished Rochelle Lento, former chair of the Forum, former editor of the Journal, and co-editor of A Legal Guide. The author has been involved in the Forum for many years, and he can honestly say that he has gotten an extraordinary return on the time he has invested.
