The anticipation of a typhoon is academic, but the actual experience is terrifying, with strong winds, water seeping into homes, and intense noise. After the typhoon, there is a lot of cleanup and recovery work, including dealing with power outages and lack of internet. Here, Kelley shares the storms he encountered in Guam, with two impacting the college admission process. The school sustained damage, and classes were canceled for the rest of the academic year. Despite the challenges, the students showed resilience and will continue their educational journey.
