Zusammenfassung:Having embarked on my journey with McDonald Carano in 1989 as a law clerk, I progressed to the role of an associate in 1991 and attained the status of partner in 1998. Every attorney is involved in the practice of law, but partners are also expected to help run the firm as a sustainable business for the benefit of clients, employees, local communities... and then for the benefit of their individual practices. A new partner has demonstrated excellence in the practice of law, but becoming partner also means mastering the art and science of leadership and people management.
