Zusammenfassung: | Feedforward is an alternative to traditional feedback that, unlike feedback, does not focus on the critical evaluation of work done in the past, but on the collaborative shaping of future visions, ideas, and goals. Research shows that feedforward is an effective tool in various domains. In the workplace, feedforward creates a climate of psychological safety because recipients of feedforward do not feel attacked and criticized as they do with feedback. In the context of our work at Joineer AG, we notice that organizations face two challenges when implementing feedforward: the organization has to introduce new structures, and it has to engage in a change in organizational culture towards bottom-up participation. |
