Designer Ashley Wilkins uses hospitality to create a joyful and optimistic healthcare experience by designing the Twig Fertility clinic in Toronto, Ontario. The Twig Fertility clinic was co-founded by Zach Shapiro, Tanner Kohara, and Rhonda Zwingerman. As former patients themselves, Kohara and Shapiro knew that the patient experience in Canadian fertility needed a significant overhaul. With Twig's patient-first approach, they have redesigned both the physical and digital experience into an elevated, modern, and cohesive journey for their patients. Here, how Wilkins considers the importance of privacy and make patients feel that they are inside of a high-end gym or spa are also discussed.
