Software Collects Plantwide OEE Data Version 6.0 of Wintriss Controls Group's ShopFloorConnect OEE and shopfloor data collection software gathers downtime and production efficiency data from every machine in the manufacturing operation, displays it in real time, and produces manufacturing reports, including detailed OEE reports in a variety of formats. For five-axis machining, the integrated HyperMill Maxx Machining finishing module optimizes the use of conical barrel cutters to reduce machining cycle times. Machine shops and production departments, in conjunction with their system integrators and other business partners, can benefit from the platform's transparent display of all CNC equipment on the floor regardless of location, brand, function or usage. The pre-configured package features a programmable logic controller, VFD spindle speed control, true servomotors, ballscrews and an auto lube pump.
