The application automates the electrode machining process with the help of the Work Document, which integrates the automatic positioning of the parts on the machine, the generation of tool paths, and the generation of the ISO code and shop-floor documents. The touchscreen DRO's sealed rubber keypad and powder-coated enclosure provide durability in environments ranging from the shop floor to the quality control lab. Integrated to NCDoc, the Dimensioning function creates control instructions for operators during the CNC process, defining a dimension checklist with user-defined tolerances, automatically defining the minimum measurement needed for each cut, generating a comprehensive view for the programmer and operator on the 3D simulation, and working with the NCDoc documentation template.
