Stepping up to the challenge with Aspire

Durkin offers information on CILT's Aspire program which aims to nurture and help people at the early stages of their career in the logistics and transport sector in the UK, highlighting the challenges posed by the coronavirus crisis. The sector's purpose is now so well defined in the many great stories of how transport and supply chain colleagues are keeping the UK moving, supporting the NHS, replenishing supermarket shelves, keeping bus and rail networks running - and all at a social distance. In these most challenging of times, the mission of Aspire, the CILT Careers Foundation, to help people step in to and step on in our profession has never been more relevant. There is so much change happening and many challenges likely to be faced in the near future that gaining qualifications and upgrading skills can be crucial to achieving long-term career success.
