Louis Dubin: If you really drill down into demographics, household formation and job growth, [there] are really four or five markets that are somewhat unique. I think those have been quite, quite healthy. [But] you are starting to see a little bit of leveling of prices, a lot more incentives. We're constantly shopping everything these days to try to understand exactly what's happening. There's definitely not that runaway appreciation in anyone's mind anymore, from our perspective.
