Employer weight restrictions.(the New York Court of Appeals upholds ruling in favor of Delta Airlines in suit filed by flight attendants)

A suit claiming unfair hiring practices filed by former Pan American Airlines (Pan Am) flight attendants against Delta was upheld in the New York Court of Appeals in favor of Delta. The dispute began when Delta failed to hire 10 former Pan Am employees. All claims of discrimination were dismissed by the court because, according to the ruling, asking inappropriate questions at an interview does not stretch to the question of whether someone is hired or not.
