Technology trends and technology predictions in latest technical topics - Selecting technologies to invest in, overviewing the future of home robots

Assuming that we are members of an investment fund, we performed a technology trends analysis and technology predictions to find out venture companies in which we should invest. In view of the analysis results, we focused on home robots from among the latest technologies to solve social challenges. Further, on the basis of the information analysis and our own imagination for the future, we selected cooking robots at home (home robotic chefs) as products expected to be marketed in 2030. We identified technical gaps between the future ideal cooking robots and presently marketed cooking robots, and specified three key technologies relating to gripping, safety movement, and taste digitalization. Then, we tried to find out venture companies having the specified technologies, and selected two venture companies to invest in.
