There is still time to get it right, or wrong. And yet, many of the proposals for reform have already careered off course and threaten to do as much harm as they seek to prevent. In particular, it is worth highlighting the efforts in Congress to impose new regulation on the energy community and, in particular, its trading and marketing operations.
