Zusammenfassung:Corporate culture is one of the most popular topics in business circles, yet one of the least understood. When asked to define corporate culture, executives often use nondescript phrases like "the soft stuff." There are dozens of other definitions of "culture." Simply put, a company's culture is its shared values, beliefs and behavioral norms. Recognizing the importance of a great corporate culture and achieving it can be two different things. The importance of the corporate culture advocate, therefore, cannot be underestimated. Corporate culture does not just happen by accident. Successful cultures are developed with purpose.
