Zusammenfassung:All Los Angeles-area restaurants brag about the stars they have hosted, but Musso & Frank Grill over nine decades likely has hosted more celebrities than the Academy has given awards. Jordan Jones, the 30-year-old great-grandson of one of the first operators, took ownership of the restaurant in October and is cautiously putting his imprint on the beloved dining spot, taking great care to respect the wishes of his devoted clientele. Recently, for example, the restaurant changed its hours. Jones also has updated the wine list a bit, though Musso's is known more for its excellent martinis, served in a small carafe and poured at the table. However, he doesn't plan to alter the menu.
