In an effort to get a handle on their inventory, Rich Newman, general manager of Gainey Suites, began to research property management systems to find the one that would suit his property best. At the end of the search, Northwind's Maestro Front Office and Sales and Catering software won out over all the others. Maestro was installed in Jul 2004, and employees took to the system quickly after Northwind completed training sessions. Newman is happy to have found a technology supplier whose customer service philosophy matches his own. |
