An open letter to restaurant managers everywhere

A commentary relates the dangers of lax security in restaurants. Many restaurants use a security service to pick up deposits, alarms for the back door, security cameras for preventing robbery and identifying possible suspects, and solid procedures to keep security risks at a minimum. When all the systems are followed, restaurants are not easy targets for robbers.
