UFD employed 256 people in 2005, compared with 197 in 2004, an increase of 29.9%. Payroll costs increased 34.9% to £5.7m in 2005, compared with £4.2m in 2004. Directors' emoluments were £5.7m in 2005, compared with £4.2m in 2004.
