Electron-beam CT may soon predict cardio risk

Dr. Jaime Caro, from the Caro Research Institute in Concord, Mass., and the division of general internal medicine at the Royal Victoria Hospital of McGill University in Montreal, presented data showing that EBCT was a strong and independent predictor of cardiovascular risk.
