MANILA, PHILIPPINES - Acoustic neuroma patients over age 65 may fare better by adopting a "wait-and-see" approach rather than going straight to surgery, providing they are conscientious about keeping regular follow-up appointments, says Canadian expert Dr. Julian Nedzelski.
