Zusammenfassung:It is easy to convert a manual performance-support tool like a dictionary to a computerized electronic-support tool. In both the paper-based and electronic versions, 2 attributes are required: accessibility and accuracy. Fundamental learning is essential to achieving competent performance. Barriers to training designed around fundamental learning include the volume of content and timeliness. When a user-interface design does not follow a performance-based design approach, users must deal with an often-abstract way to retrieve pertinent information from the computer system.
