Zusammenfassung: | Teamwork can be a powerful way for organizations to gain productivity, operate a redesigned operation, increase flexibility, reduce waste, and improve quality and customer satisfaction. However, using teams effectively requires change to be incorporated into the culture. If an organization geared to a new team concept does not seem to respond, a team audit can be conducted using a macro and a micro evaluation. A macro evaluation examines the entire organization for good organizational fit with the team concept. A micro evaluation looks at one particular team to ensure that it is working properly. Ten questions are presented that the internal audit team should answer to determine how the team system is working. |
