A Working Model for the External Audit of Instructional Programs

Jefferson County Public Schools in Lakewood CO designed and implemented a system in which citizens and educators reviewed the areas of curriculum and investigated how teachers carried out the curriculum. Steps for an external audit of an instructional program are presented.
