Zusammenfassung: | One of the most underutilized tools in PowerPoint is hyperlinking. Hyperlinking allows you to add navigation and functionality to your presentations. Beyond that, though, it also gives you the freedom to add many layers of depth to a presentation instead of always having to advance to the next slide. The hyperlinking feature allows you to be prepared with backup materials. If you are promoting your Web site in your presentation, for example, you can add a hyperlink to the Web site or a selected Web page, in case someone wants to see it. When you design a presentation with hyperlinks, you need to decide the navigation structure before you even begin to create the presentation. That structure needs to be laid out and defined explicitly. Guidelines are presented. |
