Zusammenfassung: | An article focuses on ways to improve the implementation of change in the human resource function. It examines the need to create an aggressive, action-oriented agenda for change that goes beyond vision and vague initiatives. It defines 3 factors for transforming the human resources function in large multinational corporations. The three factors are illustrated through comparisons of the experiences of 5 large, successful multinationals that applied them to varying degrees in their strategies to revitalize HRM.
