Danny Vargas, Networks & Carriers division of France Telecom, and Todd Vecchio of Global Internetworking, discuss the wholesale carrier market. The Networks & Carriers division maintains and operates France Telecom's global network to serve internal and external customers, but Vargas says it doesn't have to stand alone as an entity trying to struggle with thin margins in a very competitive environment. Vecchio agrees it is a competitive marketplace and margins are narrow. One of the unique things his company's approach allows is the ability to find the most efficient route for any need.
