Zusammenfassung:	The nation's 1.9% rise in personal income during the 2d qtr 1994 was largely attributed to reconstruction and relief efforts in the wake of the Jan 17, 1994, Northridge, CA, earthquake. Personal income rose the fastest at 3.9% in California, and government incomes in Utah, New Mexico, and Nevada also showed above-average increases. South Dakota experienced a decline in personal income, and 11 other states had below-average or negative growth.
